Muhannad's career spans significant roles across various organizations. Starting as a General Manager at Scientific for Computers and Systems in Jordan from 1990 to 1997. Following this, he served as an IT Manager at PepsiCo in Jordan (1998-2004), he then transitioned to the same position in KSA until 2006. His journey continued as IT Director at Sama Airline (2006-2008), followed by serving as Group Chief Information Officer at National Holding (2008-2010), CIO Shared Services at EAIG (2010-2012), and then at HSA Group (2012-2015). From 2015 to 2022, at Yas Holding in the UAE, Muhannad held multiple esteemed positions including Group Chief Information Officer, Managing Director at Nebras Education Holding, Head of IT at the Ministry of Education (on secondment), CEO of ITQAN Alkhalieej, General Manager of Yas Digital Media, and Founder and CEO of Digital OKTA / Itqan Global.
