Terms and Conditions/ cancellation policy
1. Cancellation by You
1.1 **General Cancellation**: Unless specified otherwise during the program registration process, you may cancel your registration in line with this condition. If you cancel your registration 57 days or more before the program, you will receive a refund of any fees paid to Knowledge Group Consulting, subject to an administrative charge of 10% of the total amount of your fees plus any applicable taxes. If you cancel 56 days or less before the program or fail to attend, the full amount of your fee remains payable. If a cancellation affects a multi-registration discount, the lowest value registration will be cancelled first. No cancellations will be accepted once any part of a single or multi-registration group has accessed pre-program networking, partnering facilities, applications, or platforms. All cancellation requests must be sent via email to Knowledge Group Consulting, marked for the attention of Customer Services, and must be received by Knowledge Group Consulting. Your sole remedy for cancelling your registration is the refund of your fees as described in this Condition, with all other liabilities expressly excluded.
